For 2010/2011, all properties are available from July onwards for a minimum term of 44 weeks, to let by a group on a Assured Shorthold Tenancy.

All properties have been substantially improved and are refurbished each summer. They all have annual certification for Gas Safety, and also Periodic Electrical Safety certification.

The Properties are ideally suited for Students, Young Professionals, Postgraduates, and Nurses.
